Pravah Theatre Laboratory presents, Theatre Workshop - For the body, mind & soul. conducted by: Neeraj Kabi (theatre actor - director - trainer). Neeraj Kabi is the founder of Pravah. He is a theatre actor, director, trainer and an educationist. As an actor he has worked with national and international theatre directors. His work as a theatre director has won him recognition at the national level. He has been conducting workshops for the young since 1996 and has traveled across the country to conduct workshops for children, young adults, adults, animators, schools, colleges, corporates and parents. His technique is his own discovery and has borne powerful results. The workshop is a complete training of an actors body, voice, mind, breath, culture and education. The technique uses theatre exercises, speech skills, science of the brain and its functioning, music, painting, breathing and voice exercises, masks, yoga and martial forms. A program that also develops life skills. A 10-day scientific and methodical course that believes acting does not require talent at all. It is a function of the brain.
