'The Winter Adventures of Happy, the SAD Clown' is a world-premiere winter show from Eric F. Avery, co-founder of Savage Umbrella. It's wintertime again and, for Happy, the clown, that is the worst news possible. Like many who brave cold weather, over-commercialized holidays, and long lines, Happy can't stand the winter. After seeing an enlightening commercial, Happy decides to take matters into his own hands and make this winter bearable. Under the advice of a less than reputable Internet therapist, Happy finds himself in the oddest of places and takes the audience along for his winter adventure. From dinner with the family to religion to yoga, Happy tries just about everything to find where he belongs during the time of year where everyone else seems to know exactly what their place is.
