Strawberry Theatre Workshop presents
THE WATER ENGINE by David Mamet
ALL tickets 1/2 price ($10) for opening weekend!!!

Directed by MJ Sieber
Featuring Gabriel Baron, Kate Czajkowski, David Goldstein, Erik Hill, George Mount, Marty Mukhalian, Michael Patten, and Dusty Warren

David Mamet's simple melodrama is a symbolic portrayal of human innocence defeated by a corrupt and violent society. Or is it simply paranoid fantasy?

The play presents a young inventor who's found a way to run an engine on distilled water. Though he’s ridiculed at first, he soon piques the interest of Big Business and is threatened when he refuses to sell his idea.

The audience watches the actors, announcer, and sound effects man present a radio play in the 1930s with unerring authenticity.
