The Ventures, considered the greatest instrumental rock group in history, formed in 1959. The band recorded 'Walk Don't Run,' which hit the Billboard Singles chart inn July 1960 and peaked at #2. Numerous other hits followed, including 'Perfidia' and 'Hawaii Five-0.' More than 45 years later, The Ventures' sound is more pure and powerful than ever. They, more than anyone else, are America's ambassadors of Rock 'n' Roll to the non-English speaking world and the World's all-time #1 rock instrumental group.
