Shay, Little Cath, Big Cath and Josephine are THE VEEZ. Hailing from London, this "incendiary' girl band" (Time Out) playing "jump-ready rock songs with No.1 written all over them"(BBC) have been spotted and selected to head Stateside at the end of this month to play the main stage at the Miami Ultra Music Festival on Friday 28th March. They can't wait to rock out for a fired-up Florida crowd.

Despite being the newest of British newcomers, The Veez are no strangers to big venues, having already supported Hawkwind on tour, played Glastonbury and also shared the bill with The Fratellis and Kasabian at Jersey Live 2007. "The Veez reek of attitude and blow everyone away with their infectious bubblegum punk. The next great British all-girl group?" - The Fly' magazine

Miami Ultra Festival-goers will hear tracks from the Veez EP 'Rockstar' (available on iTunes), produced by Brit Award winning producer 'Youth' and played on Kerrang and XFM Radio stations. Described as The Who and No Doubt whizzed up in a girl-band blender, these four women are climbing the cliff-face of male-dominated rock with all the cheeky confidence that's whipping up the London crowds. http://www.myspace.com/theveez
