Host: The Heritage Foundation. Join us for an evening of enlightenment in Tucson, Arizona. We will begin with a panel discussion featuring Heritage policy experts. Following that will be a reception and a dinner. The keynote address will be provided by Edwin Meese III, Ronald Reagan Distinguished Fellow in Public Policy and Chairman of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation.
