The Taming of the Shrew April 30, 2011

The fair Bianca has no shortage of admirers. However, unless her shrewish sister, Katherina, is betrothed, she can entertain none of them. Enter fortune seeking Petruchio who is convinced by Bianca's suitors to pursue not only Katherina but her dowry. He marries Katherina and carries off to his country house. Petruchio intends to browbeat Katherina into submission and he denies her food, sleep and new clothes, whilst continuously singing her praises.
