Visit the L.A. Zoo on Monday, July 25, to meet the Smurfs and help us kick off LA’s Smurf Week in connection with the upcoming release of the film The Smurfs. The Smurfs will be meeting visitors at Zoo from 11:00am – 2pm. Bring your camera for a photo or just drop by to give the Smurfs a big hug.

Wear blue and say, "I'm here to SMURF the Zoo" and receive $2 off adult admission and $1 off child admission! This offer is not valid with any other offers or coupons.

Besides the Smurfs, enjoy the blue animals at the Zoo. View the blue and gold macaw, Sclater’s blue-eyed lemur, and blue peafowl – all proudly sporting their best blue features.

In The Smurfs, Gutsy, Grouchy, Clumsy, Brainy, Smurfette, and Papa all get a glimpse of what life is like when taken out of the their “natural habitat” and dropped in the middle of an unfamiliar environment. Fortunately, in this case the result is a great family comedy.

LA’s Smurf Week kick off at the L.A. Zoo is made possible by Sony Pictures Entertainment, which is proud to support the mission of the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Visit www.smurfhappens.com to learn more about the film and check out www.lazoo.org/animals to see how many blue animals you can spot at the L.A. Zoo!
