The Second Annual New Year's Eve Stand-Up Celebration December 31, 2011

A New Year's Eve celebration made EASY & FUNNY, stress-free and fabulous in beautiful Marin! The 2nd Annual Stand-Up Comedy Celebration, for adults of all ages and backgrounds, will be filled with humor about relationships and modern America. Presented by the Other Cafe Comedy Showcase in association with The Kanbar Center for the Performing Arts at the Osher Marin JCC, the event will feature a night of standup comedy followed by a post-show cocktail party with the comics, including actor and comedian Rick Overton (who won an Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Writing for Dennis Miller Live and has played dozens of roles on major productions such as Airplane II, Beverly Hills Cop, Married with Children, , The Office , Lost, Alias and Six Feet Under), award winning advocate and comedian Michael Pritchard, guests Mark Cordes ('The Spouse Whisperer'), Darryl Henriques (aka 'Swami from Miami') along with San Francisco favorite Geoff Bolt as master of ceremonies to usher in 2012. What better way to usher in the New Year with friends and laughter. To add special warmth to the evening, attendees are encouraged to bring canned foods, toiletry items, warm lightly used or new coats, blankets sleeping bags or grocery store gift cards to benefit the Ritter Center.
