Written by Irish playwright Conor McPherson, 'The Seafarer' tells the haunting tale of Sharky, a recovering alcoholic who returns to Dublin to care for his blind brother. On Christmas Eve, old acquaintances gather for a card game, accompanied by a mysterious stranger. As the evening goes on, Sharky faces the demons of his past, and discovers that he may be playing for his very soul.
