The San Francisco Tape Music Festival presents three distinct programs of audio art over a world-class 16-speaker surround-sound system. Seated on the dance floor in complete darkness, experience new and classic compositions by local and international artists, including the premiere of a new work by Brian Eno, Györgi Ligeti's three tape pieces from the 1960's, a new multi-channel realization of James Tenney's For Ann Rising, and a rare performance of the 4-channel version of Karlheinz Stockhausen's Hymnen.
