The Root of Everything February 6, 2009

Gallery Mementos presents an art exhibition titled The root of everything a group of drawings. The show features 38 contemporary artists who share a common interest and devotion to the art of drawing. It includes a number of senior artists whose works have inspired generations of artists and art lovers. The younger ones in the show are equally imaginative, stimulating and committed. This show, in particular, pays homage to the memory of two accomplished and inspiring artists of our land: G R Santosh (1929 - 1997) and Paritosh Sen (1918 -2008).
