The Playgound Presents…flux Pavilion + Doctor P + Borgore+++ July 23, 2011

On July 23rd THE PLAYGROUND will play host to a night of Dubstep from some of the freshest and most talented producers from around the globe. With the likes of Borgore, Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Bar 9, Bare Noize, Funtcase, Cookie Monsta and Run Riddum, it’s set to be one hell of a night.

►BORGORE Distant from the main stages and social circles of Dubstep in Europe and the UK, Asaf Borger (aka Borgore) has unquestionably become a household name for the ever growing Dubstep sound. Having worked with M.I.A, Bring Me The Horizon, Diplo, Jazzsteppa and more. With the release of the highly anticipated 'Delicious' EP we are very pleased to present to you a performance you won't want to miss.

►FLUX PAVILION Hitting the scene in early 2009 out of Towcester, UK, Joshua Steele (better known as Flux Pavilion) secured himself a solid stance within the Dubstep world, with his unique blend of hard smashing rhythms and manic basslines which in turn have lead to exclusive plays and performances from the likes of Rusko, Caspa, N-Type and Hatcha to name a few. He will continually rise to stardom doing the thing he knows best, and ensures this'll be a night to remember.

►DOCTOR P Originating from a background of D&B, Doctor P (aka Shaun Brockhurst) is known as one of dubstep's fastest rising stars, having carved out his own loud and energetic sound and co-founded one of dubstep's most successful labels Circus Records with DJ Swan-E and Flux Pavilion.

►BAR 9 This Leicester-born duo are known for their dark, grimey basslines and hard punching tunes. They have brought you anthem-laden tracks including 'Midnight', 'MurdaSound' and 'Strung Out', as well as remixing for the likes of Foreign beggars, Kyza, Nick Corelli, Paul Harris, Eurythmics, Sidney Sampson and many more.

►BARE NOIZE Since their 'Dance In Dark' remix first surfaced in 2009, the electronic calamity that is Bare Noize (Ollie Pile and Daniel Brown) have gained support from the likes of Crookers, DJ Zinc and Joker as well as remixes for high-profile artists including Skrein, M'Black and Foreign Beggars.

►COOKIE MONSTA Hailing from Nottingham, Dubstep producer Tony 'Cookie Monsta' Cook is known for bringing the most barbaric grime that has ever faced humankind using a combination of dirty, jumped-up beats and film sound bites which have lead to performances alongside the likes of N-Type and releases with renowned label Circus Records.

►FUNTCASE Producer Funtcase has made a huge impact already with support from the likes of N-Type, Hatcha, Mistajam and Rusko as well as two tracks on the recent album, 'Circus One' released through Flux Pavilion and Doctor P's very own Circus Records. Definitely one to watch, he is rising fast as one of the most exciting young acts on the scene, so be sure not to miss out.

►RUN RIDDIUM Bringing you an epic cacophony of dirty dubstep and grimy beats that will keep you dancing through-out the night.
