If you plan on arriving on Thursday August 13th
you are invited to a Wine Tasting that evening at Winestyles hosted by Carol's daughter
Jill.        

THE HOTEL

 We have secured a block of rooms
including, king, double queen and one bedroom suites at reduced rates
starting at $110.00/ night The resort is also offering 2 bedroom
($220/night), 3 bedroom ($250/night), and 4 bedroom ($300/night)
condominiums to us. All rates exclude local taxes.
Room cut-off date is July 14, 2009. After that date, the rooms will be
returned to general inventory.

OPEN HOUSE

Carol Oxley has invited
us to her home on Friday evening August 14th for a western barbeque. While
there, we will see her Torquay Pottery collection and experience a few other
surprises.    (Hint: Carol and Bruce live on a ranch)

CONVENTION PROGRAM

The
convention program is still in the planning stage.  However, to assist

Raffle

 We
will be having a number of pots available as raffle prizes. The cost is
$1.00 per ticket or 6 for $5.00. You do not have to be present to win.
Please consider participating even if you are not able to attend. Prizes
will be mailed if the winner is not in atten­dance. All proceeds go to NA
TS.

 Door
Prizes

 Please
consider bringing a small item to be added to our door prize table. We would
love for everyone to have the oppor­tunity to pick a prize! You must be
present to win.
