The New Movement is having an improv comedy show at Cafe Caffeine (909 West Mary St.) tonight at 9pm. Chris Trew and Tami Nelson, founders of the New Movement Theater, will perform alongside a group of their most advanced students. Tickets are $5 and are sold at Cafe Caffeine.

Chris Trew and Tami Nelson are two of Austin Improv’s most decorated pioneers. Together they have performed at almost every major comedy festival in North America, won nearly every improv award in Austin, produced or associate-produced every major Austin comedy festival, toured the country teaching and performing improv, and recently appeared on Comedy Central. Together they teach improv and sketch comedy classes at the New Movement Theater (1819 Rosewood Ave.). Dan French teaches stand-up comedy classes at the New Movement Theater as well.
