Archaeological evidence suggests that humans have been cultivating grapes for at least 6,000 years. Today, the grape is the most widely planted fruit crop in the world. Join Marianne Frantz, president of The Cleveland Wine School, as she traces the natural history of grapes. Then enjoy a seven-course dinner incorporating this fruit created by guest chef John Taylor, executive chef of Sammy’s Catering. Taylor and Frantz will provide commentary on each course and its complementary wine."
