The Mastery of Schubert March 26, 2011

Join the New Century Chamber Orchestra to celebrate the songs of "first true Romantic," Schubert. NCCO performs a variety of Schubert's lieder, arranged for soprano and strings. New Century's interpretation and performance of these works will be even more inspired through the "remarkably controlled voice that goes from meltingly soft to the height of emotion and projection without strain" of soprano Melody Moore.
New Century will also be performing works of Bach and Mendelssohn.
