This September, a unique and impressive exhibition of psychoanalyst C.G. Jung’s life and work will be on display at the C.G. Jung Foundation for Analytical Psychology in midtown Manhattan.

“C.G. Jung” at the C.G. Jung Foundation shows the development of his ideas through large-scale panels of photographs, his writing and his art, as well as through the influence of the patients who inspired him. It reveals an intimate window into this unique explorer of the human psyche, as well as into the human condition we all share.

In 1975, on the centennial of his birth, Jung’s colleagues and the Pro Helvetia Foundation assembled this touring exhibition to celebrate his achievements. At the time, the Smithsonian Institution promoted it in the United States. This is the first time it has been exhibited in New York since that time.

“C.G. Jung” opens with a reception at the C.G. Jung Foundation at 28 East 39th Street on Tuesday, September 15th at 6:00 p.m. and the exhibition runs through Thursday, September 24th.
