Even
These guys from Melbourne, Australia have that Stones meets the Beatles sound down pat - it's a mystery why they're not more well known outside of their home country. With songs full of catchy riffs (they've even had members of the Dandy Warhols join them on record), reviews have said that their last album put the "in" into "credible"! This is supercool infectious powerpop with a kickin' live stage show to go with it!

The Kits
The Kits push the limits set by their predecessors - which include the likes of The Saints, The Von Bondies, The Hells and International (Noise) Conspiracy. This gig is the launch for their new single, "Don't Want To Lose This Fight", on Dirty Water Records

Pink F.A.
Pink F.A. play the music of 1960s-70s underground rock legends Pink Fairies. They concentrate their set on their early incarnations. They do not consider themselves a tribute band, in the way others do - they do not assume band members identities, instead concentrating on the spirit of the band's "anti star" stance .There will, however, be a special "star" guest on stage with them at this week's gig!

Ape Drape Escape
Hand picked from the cream of washed up child stars and inbred royals, with their tailored cut of nervously stitched rock and roll, this swamp of degenerate apes beat the Jesus out of the art of ability, like Cole Porter's bastard child after a night on the tiles, it throbs and pummels, it doesn't stand and wait, it lurches at you like a drunken uncle. A visceral soup of subtle innuendo and palatable bad taste.
