The Jumbo Shrimp Circus presents: The Magical and Joyful Spectacle of Epoxie March 27, 2011

Moms, dads and grandparents are bringing their preschoolers to Tujunga Village to see Epoxie do his stuff. The one man clown show is a 50 minute entertainment for young children (preschoolers and early elementary ages) and their care-givers. The focus on the show is on gently sharing new experiences with children and giving them a calm first experience in the theatre. Epoxie, Philip Briggs, is an eager presenter with simple skills to share: juggling, balancing, plate spinning, magic and story telling.

Philip Briggs has been performing for children and adults at community, corporate and private events since leaving Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus in 1990. A graduate of Duke University and the Ringling Brothers Clown College, Mr Briggs also regularly performs with the Independent Shakespeare Company.
