Nothing has captured the soul and breath/life of East-European Jewry as the music and sound of the violin, the historic quintessential Jewish instrument and voice of the Jewish people. The traditional sounds of violin, tsimbl (Jewish hammered dulcimer) and accordion are rendered by three of the world’s leading masters of Klezmer music; Steven Greenman (violin), Alexander Fedoriouk (cimbalom) and Walter Mahovlich (accordion). Together they capture the sound and heart of the old world with several of Steven’s original Jewish and Klezmer compositions in this holiday-themed concert for the entire family.
