The Importance of Play January 12, 2010

Tag! Youre it! In this workshop, Museum Staff will refresh educators on the importance of the most fundamental learning tool: Play. Play is essential to child development because it contributes to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and youth. Through this workshop, educators will engage in fun, easy and applicable activities throughout the Museum that can be incorporated into the everyday classroom curricula. For Pre-k to 1st grade
