Join us for "The Great Mango Escape" -- the first in an exciting edu-tainment series in San Francisco featuring Chef Ranjan Dey, star of the PBS documentary series, "My India With Ranjan Dey."

From the mango-tini & mango tasting to the dinner & special dessert, this memorable gourmet experience is everything mango -- and more!

The evening begins with a social event at the bar where you meet socially-minded foodies and locate your dining partners for the evening.

Once seated, you will enjoy New Delhi Restaurant's signature mango-tini and watch a demo for concocting your own. The buffet will be featuring original mango infused dishes. Chef Ranjan will also give a short talk on mango and how to include them in your own dishes.

After dinner, the real fun begins. New Delhi is known for throwing great parties and this night will be no exception. The hottest Bollywood DJ will be in the house and the dancing will be hard to resist.

In addition to a fun evening, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to "Compassionate Chefs Cafe" a local non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of kids across the street at the Tenderloin After School Program and kids across the ocean at the Gandhi Ashram in New Delhi, India.
