The Goodnight Darlings April 9, 2013

The Goodnight Darlings are Kat Auster (vocals) and Wilson. Jaramillo (guitar, beats/synth). The two growing up in Miami, FL and Weehawken, NJ respectively have fused together years of artistic influences and musical experiences to create a project that can be described as Karen O and Robert Smith falling in love to a Timbaland beat. Kat brings the pop/dance flavor from her years as a singer/songwriter for Sony/EMI in the band Majorette which complement Wilson’s political/post-punk energy from his years of performing with his band, Bonbomb and touring internationally with The Fugees. The striking duo pack a big punch blending strong stage presence with spiritual intimacy and pulsating beats to create a sound like no other. Join them in celebration of their debut EP release, Doll Drums available on April 9th.
