All Hallows Eve is just around the corner, and The Anunnaki Project is preparing to bring Seattle audiences an opportunity to explore their macabre side with a two weekends of ghastly aerial theatre and delectable desserts where YOU are the storyteller and not even the gods shall survive....

Their annual October event, The Ghost Game, will be held October 16, 17, 23, and 24 at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle.

This year’s production, which focuses on tales of dying gods from folklore and mythology, will take The Cabiri performance troupe’s dancers, acrobats and aerialists into some of their darkest tales to date. Vashon-based guest artist Steffon Moody, an outrageously engaging humorist and physical performer, will be master of ceremonies at the October 16 and 17 performances. Guests at Dead Gods will be woven into the evening’s festivities as storytellers, soothsayers, heroes, and supplicants as a procession of dying gods from Attis to Inanna is presented.

Dessert will be provided by West Seattle's Sugar Rush Baking Company (gourmet cupcakes) the weekend of October 16-17 and The Confectional (cheesecake) in the Pike Place Market the weekend of October 23-24.

Doors open at 8:00 p.m., performances will commence at approximately 8:30 p.m.
