Smith was also the lead negotiator in resolving the antitrust appeal against Microsoft in 2002, and spearheads work on strengthening Microsoft's legal compliance programs.

The event will be held on 11/28 at 5pm in Ames Courtroom, located in Austin Hall on the Harvard Law School campus, and is cosponsored by the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology (JOLT).
