The Explorers Club February 25, 2009

From Charleston, SC, The Explorers Club are a sunshine psychedelic pop group who can be described as a modern day rendition of the Beach Boys. They also draw influences from Phil Spector, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, The Zombies and The Byrds. The group blends skilled pop/rock arrangements with 4 part vocal harmonies. They have been taking their show on the road since July of 2005 and released their debut full length titled 'Freedom Wind' in May 2008 via Dead Oceans records.
