I attended a seminar quite accidentally, at OCAD during the Creativity Week - and i found it rather interesting, inspiring, and refreshing!

Some rather simple movements are employed that raise energy, bring clarity and relaxation, and allow for building a state of enhanced creativity... very intriguing, and based on the theory of Educational Kinesiology.
