The $25 Wine Class: Sauvignon Blanc September 1, 2011

We are super excited to announce the details of our inaugural $25 Wine Class! On Thursday, September 1, instructor Rima Campbell is going to bring you her knowledge of Sauvignon Blanc, in terms of both Old World and New World perspectives. And if you don’t know what those terms mean, don’t worry—that’s what these classes are for! First you’ll learn about the grape itself, and then you’ll get to taste three very different Sauvignon Blancs…each made on a different continent. Rima will talk you through tasting the wines and will discuss how one grape can produce three wines with three distinct tastes (hint: it has to do with something called terroir).
