Former Braid and Hey Mercedes member Bob Nanna leads this new project. The City on Film's debut, 'I'd Rather Be a Wine Drunk,' was purportedly recorded in a hotel room in a single afternoon. Hanalei hails from Chicago and plays great Middle America, straight-forward rock. Felix Culpa plays art-house style punk music.
