4501 Pleasanton AVe
PLEASANTON, California

This unique 100 kilometer (65 mile) bicycle tour for women of all ages winds through Amador, Livermore, Diablo, and San Ramon Valleys. It is mostly flat with a few moderate hills.

From the start in Dublin, the Cinderella Classic circles south to Pleasanton, through the vineyards of Livermore, then north and along the base of beautiful Mt. Diablo to Danville, where it turns south to the finish in Dublin. Charming Princes will be at three rest/food stops along the way, with a cold lunch at the second. Our SAG service patrols the entire route to provide rider assistance if required. A Cinderella Classic ride patch is awarded to every rider.

Due to popular request, in 2008 we again will offer an optional longer loop... The Cinderella Challenge! For experienced and extra-conditioned riders only.

It includes an additional 30 miles and 2,000 feet of climbing. At mile 31 you turn east and climb Patterson Pass, then enjoy a six-mile descent into the valley. Making a loop, you return via Altamont Pass, Carroll, North Flynn and the great descent of South Flynn, after which you rejoin the Classic route ten miles before the lunch stop. Find more information in your Cinderella Classic registration form, to be mailed the week of January 22nd.

Going to watch my wife rock it with the Pinot Princesses.

My friend inspired me to ride with her and I will do it again next year. What a great ride!

Highly recommend the Cinderella Challenge. The landscape is remote and beautiful this time of year. On the 2008 route, I got 90 miles on my odometer (not 95 or 100 as advertised).
