The latest film from the always unpredictable and unconventional Lars von Trier is an entertaining office comedy made on a shoestring budget.

This film depicts the boss of a Danish IT firm preparing to sell the company to an Icelandic interest hires an actor to play "the boss of it all" in a ploy to convince his employees that he's not behind the unpopular decision. The ensuing romp could be described as a "comedy of errors" in more ways than one: von Trier made the film using a process he calls "Automavision," which employs an automatic, randomized camera system to shoot the film in a somewhat haphazard fashion. (99 mins., 35mm)

Guest of Honor is a mysterious short film by Mexican artist Miguel Calderón, whose paintings appeared in Wes Anderson’s 2001 hit The Royal Tenenbaums. (35mm, 6 mins.)
