The Boneshakers is a band centered around veteran musician, Randy Jacobs, and featuring Sweatpea Atkinson. Jacobs formed the group as a way to express his eclectic style and wide-ranged musical experience. His talents have been sought out by artists as diverse as Elton John, Jewel and Coolio. He was an integral member of the band Was (Not Was) and coauthored the hit "Walk the Dinosaur."
