Description: The Blueprint is a practical plan to move thousands from homelessness to homes, meet the growing need for affordable homes over the next decade, create thousands of new homes annually and provide rent subsidies to tens of thousands of low and moderate-income households.

On October 26, The Wellesley Institute will release The Blueprint, along with a detailed policy framework.
