San Francisco will once again host the annual International Vintage Poster Fair (IVPF), featuring a weekend exhibition and sale of the world's finest vintage posters on October 24-26 at Fort Mason Center. In addition to the thousands of classic prints and favorite images from over 20 dealers from 6 different countries, a special, timely exhibit will highlight Politically Correct/Politically Incorrect images. As one of the most historic elections in history approaches, guests will have the opportunity to see the evolution of politics through 100 years of vintage posters. Don't miss the chance to view sophisticated yet provocative imagery depicting some of the most pronounced artistic representations that has lead our society into our upcoming election.

The 2008 IVPF boasts thousands of original vintage posters in a plethora of genres, including advertising, wine and beverage, food, travel, propaganda and more. The prices of these pieces range from $200 up to $50,000.

Being the only vintage poster fair series of its kind, the International Vintage Poster Fair is an ongoing event that stops only in New York, Chicago and San Francisco to exhibit and sell rare vintage posters from art dealers and galleries.
