Thame Festival - Food Festival June 13, 2008

Based in and around the Town Hall in Thame.

Food stalls around the Town Hall will trade from 4-8pm offered a wide selection of local produce.

Fox FM Thunders will be in town along with the inflatable slide.

Beverley Glock, Times Children’s food writer,from Splat cooking, www.splatcooking.net will be holding a childrens workshop in the Town hall from 4.30-7pm. The children will be shown how to make fresh pasta, which they can take home to eat. There will be a childrens competition, entries to be taken to the Town Hall from 4pm with judging at 7pm.

The competition is to make a vegetable sculpture, anything goes, or to decorate a cake to represnt a favourite book. Lotte Duncan, local food writer, will be have a stall at the Festival.
