Tek-no-bas started in 1998 as a San Francisco sound that meshed techno with jungle for an insanely pleasureable base for dancing. Over the years, djs of mutliple genres have shown the infamous S.F. sound through their skilled mixing of multiple genres to create "tek-no-bas." Often imitated but never duplicated, Danger will spin to the crowd to open up the next installment of tek-no-bas at G3 Lounge (formerly Club Lamia) on Geary between 3rd and 4th Avenue.
