Joe Wright talking about "Coding Dojos" - a meeting where coders get together and work on a programming challenge. Joe runs dojos at his work where he has engaged in deliberate practice to improve peoples skills. (and had a lot of fun)
Ewan McIntosh, 4iP Digital Commissioning Manager - talking about the process of getting ideas commissioned with 4iP, and what the best ideas bring to the table.

The Coding Dojo talk will be good! I attended the coding dojos when they were hosted internally at JPMorgan. Great fun and a chance to get some practical hands on experience.
