About the Presenters
LaTonya Olivier, SPHR-CA, M.Ed., CCP of BLC Partners, LLC has over 20 years of combined consulting and internal HR Executive experience. She has directly worked for employers ranging from divisions of large publicly owned corporations to small entrepreneurial enterprises. She has also worked in both the private and public sector as an HR Leader.

Jerry Olivier of BLC Partners, LLC has over 15 years of consulting experience. His experience is in the development of user-friendly IT programs and systems. He also leads the selection of technical personnel for large public sector employers, as well as for small technical organizations. Jerry's undergraduate degree is in History and Philosophy from St. Edwards's University where he graduated valedictorian.
