TCAP's 16th Annual AIDS Walk October 11, 2008

Join the National AIDS Fund AmeriCorps Team in raising awareness about HIV & AIDS. This event is also a fundraiser for the NAF AmeriCorps Team, the proceeds will enable Team members to continue providing HIV/AIDS prevention education, counseling and client services through their host agencies and various outreach porjects.
