Taste of Health food fair September 29, 2007

Dear Community,

On September 29th & 30th, Earthsave Canada will be hosting its annual Taste of Health food fair. This year, Earthsave has the pleasure of featuring Antonia Demas, Founder and Director of the Food Studies Institute, as its keynote speaker. With a PhD in Education, Nutrition, and Anthropology and 20 years of experience in Food Education at hand, she has spent the past 8 years, working to implement programs in the American Elementary School system that promote healthy food choices by creating a positive experience of food and food preparation that is fun, hands-on and sensory-based.

At this year?s TOH, Demas will be holding two lectures and two interactive workshops. We hope to see you all at this inspiring event!
