Taste of Dublin June 13, 2007

Taste of Dublin is a four-day celebration of fine food and drink. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Dublin's Iveagh Gardens, twenty two of the Capital's most prestigious restaurants and celebrated chefs will be serving sample-sized signature dishes to our sophisticated foodies this summer.

Bringing unparalleled culinary experience to over 30,000 visitors, the very best in speciality food and drink companies will also showcase alongside the country's most outstanding restaurants, naturally bringing their Michelin stars with them.

This year our headline sponsors, Oceânico Developments, are adding an extra Iberian feel to the event by hosting a "Flavour of Portugal" with samples of the country's cuisine and wines.

If all this isn't enough there are a variety of other new features to the event this year including: a Cocktail Lounge, Wine and Spirit Academy and Michelin star chef Kevin Thorton will bring his cooking and photographic skills to the stage in a multimedia performance called Food for Life. With live music, delicious food, champagne, wine and good company, there is nothing quite like Taste of Dublin, for the perfect ingredient for a great day out.
