Discover the power of a good story!

Experience the skill of professional storytellers and share your own story at Multnomah County Library’s Tapestry of Tales Storytelling Festival, Nov. 13-17.

Take a raucous romp through Love Lost, Found and Fumbled with Beth Horner. Listen to stories and songs with Andy Offutt Irwin (Most people have an inner kid. Andy Offutt Irwin has an outer one.) In addition to Horner and Irwin, the festival features acclaimed international teller Carol Russell, as well as regional tellers Rick Huddle and Anne Rutherford. Events are scheduled at various libraries and locations throughout the community; most are free.

And this is festival is not just for kids!
• At Cringe Down Memory Lane on Tuesday, Nov 13th @ 6:30pm at Belmont Library, read your most embarrassing high school journal entry out loud.
• At DIY Stories: The Day I Really Earned My Paycheck on Thursday, Nov 15th @ 12pm at Central Library, share your best/funniest/scariest/weirdest stories from the working world.
