Talking Boards: Their History And Use October 31, 2010

We all know the name; its part of our common mythology, Ouija Board® the mystifying oracle, the talking board, the witch board. But where did it come from and how does speak to us? The history and origins of the Talking board are in some ways as mystifying as the board itself. This workshop will explore the history and use of the Talking Board. Focusing on its origins and use with insights into the superstitions that surround them and how to make and safely use a board for yourself. Participants will have an opportunity to use a talking board during the workshop.
