Taking Care of Ourselves:

Making time (when there is none) to care for ourselves as people,
individuals, friends and spouses so that we can be the best parents possible

There will be a brief association meeting with the election of the new board
and announcements followed by the presentation. While there will be an
emphasis on parents of special needs children, this talk applies to all
parents. ALL are welcome regardless of school district.
