Presentation:
Innovation as a basis of competition is widely acknowledged as a key enabler of business growth and profitability. While companies across industries focus on enhancing their capabilities and practices to develop more and better products/services faster, these improvements alone do not guarantee the creation of winning portfolios. A winning portfolio of products and services is one that optimizes every dollar invested and drives forward a company’s strategic objectives. Companies lacking an enterprise-wide view of their portfolio will not know whether they are fully leveraging and prioritizing resources for the greatest impact and value.

In this session, you will learn about best practices to manage your organization’s portfolio of products and services to make the very use of valuable, and increasingly scarce, resources.
