DAN STEERE - CEO of Greenroad Technologies

With more than 20 years of experience in mobile devices and services, Dan brings a blend of business strategy, marketing skill and technology acumen to GreenRoad. Prior to joining GreenRoad, Dan was VP of Sales and Marketing for Matrix Semiconductor. At Matrix, Dan pioneered the introduction of groundbreaking technology for mobile electronics and content publishing.

In addition to driving marketing and sales growth, Dan served as Matrix's CFO from 1999 - 2004. After Matrix was acquired by SanDisk Corporation, Dan served as VP of OTP and Consumable Memory at SanDisk and subsequently as Entrepreneur in Residence at Benchmark Capital.

Prior to Matrix, Dan was an early entrant into business-to-business Internet services as Business Unit Manager at pcOrder.com. Earlier, Dan held a series of marketing positions at Intel focused on mobile computing and advanced consumer electronics. Dan began his career at Citibank.

Dan received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and an AB Computer Science from Harvard University.

MIKE MACIAG - CEO of Electric Cloud

Mike Maciag is CEO of Electric Cloud, Inc. Prior to joining Electric Cloud, Mike was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at MS2 (acquired by Agile Software (AGIL)), an enterprise software company he founded in 1998 where he established a new application category Product Lifecycle Automation (PLA). Prior to MS2, Mike played an essential role in establishing new markets at Electronics for Imaging and NetFrame Systems, Inc., which led both companies to successful public offerings. Mike also served as Executive Director of Corporate Development for Informix Software (acquired by IBM) where he managed the corporate venture fund, mergers and acquisitions, product marketing strategy and venture community relationship management.

Mike holds a BS degree from Santa Clara University as well as an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

SCOTT DUNLAP - CEO of NearbyNow

As CEO of NearbyNow, Inc., Scott brings over 15 years of experience in developing new Internet technologies to strengthen retailer connections with customers. At E.piphany, Inc., his product management team developed data mining and marketing technology to help retailers such as Charles Schwab, Microsoft, and Godiva better target and grow their customers. Later he joined the founding team of Loudcloud (now Opsware: OPSW) to operate and manage some of the largest e-commerce sites in the world for companies like Nike, Fannie Mae, Univision, and USA Today. At Avolent, he helped develop e-billing software to streamline customer interactions for companies such as Dell, Office Depot, and Xerox. He also founded 4charity.com (sold to Innovaware) to develop technology to assist non-profit companies in online fundraising. Scott is on the Board of Advisors for Reactrix and Coverity.

Scott holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
