SVAMA Workshop- Using Interaction Bridges as Brand Differentiator
Recent research reports that lack of follow-up is the #1 issue that annoys customers - and that brand promises are trusted by less than 1 out of 5 customers. Through an easy-to-learn method called Interaction BridgesTM you can productively increase cooperation and satisfaction for all involved. Interaction Bridges is a strategic tool for keeping customer promises, providing a unique differentiator for your organization.

Stay Informed! Join us in this interactive workshop, and learn to:
* Read others' cues for the 3 points of commonality you can build upon.
* Bridge gaps between styles by appropriately adapting your communications.
* Avoid the "Be Like Me" syndrome, to propel your personal influence.
* Recognize and honor the cues and natural tendencies of Behind-the-ScenesTM, In-ChargeTM, Chart-the-CourseTM, and Get-Things-GoingTM styles of interaction.
