Discover the amazing underwater world of the orca/killer whale with Fabien and Celine Cousteau, and learn why scientists consider the orca to be our marine counterparts. Fabien and Celine are third-generation ocean explorers who share their father's and grandfather's love of ocean adventure and protection. Following the Cousteaus, Ensemble ACJW will present 'Voice of the Whale,' a multimedia performance featuring George Crumb's landmark chamber music work 'Vox Balaenae' and a world premiere by the celebrated American composer, Ingram Marshall. Using stories, live visuals, and poetry, this innovative musical ensemble brings the undersea world of the whale magically to life.
