SUNDAY: [austin swim] booze,bands, & bodypaint January 22, 2006

WOW, I hope you plan on making Sundays a regular event. We're gonna make it sooo easy for you. How? By giving you the best entertainment around and cheap alcohol in case it gets too intense. Are you in? How about for:

$1 Draft beer from 7-9pm!! and $4 Jaeger & a LoneStar Tallboy all night too. Be there at 7pm because it's Laurin's birthday and she's going to be a human canvas for our resident artist Brian Pion, who will body paint her!!! And at 7:30 we've got the coolest movie review show you've ever seen -- "The Reel Deal" - it's animated right here in Austin!! I'll play at 8pm and then the Jeff Botta 4 is going to sing adult-themed songs in the classic lounge style. If you don't drink (or you drink too much) the club has a kitchen with great burgers and slices and quesadillas, etc. It's just $5 if you're over 21 / $7 under 21. Good enough? Then we'll see you --

Remember, we have a pajama contest and the winners get a free night at Cap City Comedy Club, free stuff from Cream Vintage, or a personal training session with Dave Goodin at Hyde Park Gym -- and everyone who enters the contest gets an official Zorak air freshener (courtesy of [adult swim]). BTW, "Pajamas" are anything you sleep in - from sweats & a t-shirt, to flannel one-piece with a flap in the butt, to a great big tshirt, to a big old bathrobe... you get the idea. We're not trying to make you freeze to death getting from the car to the club, we just want you to feel totally relaxed. Of course if you sleep in Victoria's Secret-est or in the buff, go for it. You'll probably win the contest (and make a lot of new friends).
